When it comes to search engines almost every person in the USA and other parts of the world uses Google to search any query. But, recently it’s been found that if you type Idiot on Google, the search engine is showing the images of president Donald Trump. However, Google’s CEO had to explain in front of congressman why something like this can happen and what’s the reason behind such kind of search results. Sundar Pichai explained to the congressman that the algorithm of Google works on many factors and it fetches the information of billions of pages from the internet, and it shows the relevant information relating to the keyword user had searched.

Many people have accused the company of promoting political propaganda since showing images of president trump when someone searches for idiot is not bearable for many peoples and especially Trump supporters. However, Google’s CEO Sundar Pichai clearly said that the company does not promote any political objects through their search engines and they always try to eliminate such kind of problems from their platform, but still, many fellow members of Congress were worried about such type of issues. Many experts believe that search results can mislead people and can also be used to promote political propaganda and that’s why things like this shall not happen.

Sundar Pichai who had been questioned regarding this issue had calmly explained to the congressmen that the company did not show such type of results on search engine intentionally and at some time it was getting hard for the Google’s CEO to explain how the complicated algorithm of Google works. Even though as of now Google had convinced that it was not the company’s mistake for showing president Donald Trumps as Idiot on their search engine still such kind of things shocks ordinary people also it shows how search engine’s algorithm can show you any irrelevant stuff.
